1) We will strictly control our sources from the very beginning;
2) Perform acetone swab test and verify label authenticity with scanners;
3) Send parts to test lab for full inspection including D-cap, X-ray penetration test, solder ability and function test. Third party testing lab we cooperate with: Global Test, White horse, CECC and Toptest;
4) Our QA team with 15 years experience will do some basic inspections;
5) For some really shortage and obsolete parts, where labels may not be available, we will take pic of the top side, the bottom side, the pins and etc. for your review first.
What’s the return and refund process?
1) Communication. We will contact you promptly to understand the details;
2) Figure out the reasons. Verify the reason and consult with our technicians or a 3rd party for professional advice;
3) Provide assistance. If the return is approved, we will provide clear instructions for the return process, and a refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items;
4) Follow-up. We will keep in touch with you even after the refund or return is completed;
5) Reflection and improvement. We will work to enhance our return policy, product quality, and customer service to minimize similar situations in the future.
Where do our parts come from?
50% from OEMs, 20% from franchisers, 15% from partners, 15% from local & overseas market.
What payment terms can we offer?
For the first order with a new customer, we prefer TT payments or possibly escrow. If TT is inconvenient, we can change to NET terms as the business relationship grows
Free samples are available?
Free samples are available up to a value of $100, but you’ll be charged for shipping cost.
Do we accept trial orders?
Absolutely! We understand the need for testing and validation in the IC industry. We’re more than happy to support small volume orders or provide sample units for your evaluation.
